Good place to start would be

- oil and filter change every 8-10,000km
- brake fluid, coolant flush, trans fluid, rear differential fluid change every 2 years
- new spark plugs every 100,000km
- check brake pads and rotors every 15,000km
- hand wash and wax regularly

I attached a pdf of Mike Millers Old School BMW Maintenance Schedule, it's a good read  :)

Thank you for good info. Do you've any idea, where I can buy real OEM parts in Calgary that can do some DIY's?

Depends what type of parts you're looking for. But I would give NAPA a try. Or check out www.autopartsway.ca, www.rockauto.com, or www.ecstuning.com online.

If you need to find part numbers, www.realoem.com is the place to go.

Delete Clear Coat option is mainly for weight reduction and increased fuel economy. Everyone serious about performance does the Clear Coat delete.  ;D

So after some googling, apparently that is an actual option...
Something to do with delivery and shipping of the vehicle. Not sure what exactly that's for. Maybe someone else on here knows?

Crazy!  It basically gives you the frosted color in your paint.  And not a shiney gloss look.
I honestly had no idea this was an option in the e46. I had to google it. Apparently its pretty rare.  Someone special ordered a 320i with that option.

It kind of makes sense tho.  You would sometimes see an e46 with really dull paint.  I always thought they never took care of the paint.   How has your paint held up over the years? any pics?

Still looks not bad with delete clear coat. I also find this code S8SPA Steuerung COP Control unit COP. What is it mean?

COP = Coil on Plug
So each spark plug has a coil instead of a firing control box for all of them.
